A 3,000 sf proposed Sleep Number store on a ½ acre site located along the Rogers Avenue commercial corridor in suburban Fort Smith next to a newly-constructed Andy’s Frozen Custard. The land was acquired in Summer, 2020, construction is now underway and the project is slated to open this Winter, 2020.
