Andy’s Frozen Custard – Oswego, IL

A 2,561 sf Andy’s Frozen Custard restaurant on an 0.75 acre site located along the busy Route 34 commercial corridor.  The land was acquired in Fall, 2015 and the project was the constructed in Spring, 2016 for a Fall, 2016 restaurant opening.

Chick-Fil-A Build-to-Suit – Homewood, IL

A 4,975 sf Chick-fil-A restaurant adjacent to a Panera Bread restaurant on a shared 3 acre site along the Halsted Street commercial corridor.  The land was acquired in Summer, 2018 and the project  opened in Spring/Summer, 2019.

Burlington Outlot – Burlington, WI

A 6,400 sf building on an acre outlot at Fox River Plaza shadow anchored by Kohl’s, Pick ‘n Save, Big R, Dunham Sports and Planet Fitness.  The project is anchored by Starbucks, Verizon and Doctors of Physical Therapy.  The land was acquired in Winter, 2018 and the project opened in Summer, 2019.

Shops at Lake Geneva – Lake Geneva, WI

An 11,000 sf two-building plan on a 1.5 acre outlot shadow anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter.  The project is anchored by Starbucks, AT&T, Mod Pizza, GameStop and Aspen Dental.  The land was acquired in Winter, 2016 and the project was built and opened between Fall, 2017 and Summer, 2019.

Panera Bread Build-to-Suit – Homewood, IL

A 4,600 sf Panera Bread restaurant adjacent to a Chick-fil-A restaurant on a shared 3 acre site along the Halsted Street commercial corridor.  The land was acquired in Summer, 2018 and the project  opened in Spring/Summer, 2019.

Fleet Farm Build-to-Suit, DeForest WI

A 220,000 sf Fleet Farm with ancillary facilities, gas station and convenience store on 25 acres at the confluence of three interstates I-94/I-90/I-39 outside of Madison, WI.  The land was acquired in Winter, 2017 and the project opened in Fall, 2018.

Drexel Town Square – Oak Creek, WI

An 11,000 sf multi-tenant building on a 1.5 acre outlot shadow anchored by Meijer.  The project is anchored by Potbelly, Five Guys, Mod Pizza, Men’s Hair House and Orange Leaf FroYo.  The land was acquired in Winter, 2016 and the project was built and opened from Fall, 2017 to Spring, 2018.

Chipotle Build-to-Suit – Countryside, IL

A 2,300 sf Chipotle restaurant on a one-half acre site along the LaGrange Road commercial corridor.  The site was a redevelopment of a former Brown’s Chicken.  The land was acquired in Fall, 2015 and the project was built and opened in Fall, 2016.

Oswego Commons Outlot – Oswego, IL

A 10,000 sf three-tenant building on a 1.5 acre outlot shadow-anchored by Target and Home Depot anchored shopping centers.  The project is anchored by Five Guys Burgers & Fries, AT&T and Mattress Firm.  The land was acquired in Summer, 2015 and the project was built and opened in Spring/Summer 2016.

Meijer Outlot – Mishawaka, IN

A 9,100 sf multi-tenant building on a 1.3 acre outlot shadow-anchored by Meijer.  The project is anchored by Potbelly, Ossip Eye Care and Pie Five Pizza.  The land was acquired in Summer, 2016 and the project opened in Spring/Summer, 2017

Shorewood Crossing Outlot – Shorewood, IL

A 6,500 sf two-tenant building on a one acre outlot shadow anchored by Mariano’s, Petco and Party City.  The project is anchored by Noodles & Company and Mattress Firm.  The land was acquired in Summer, 2015 and the project was built and opened in Spring/Summer, 2016.

Park Place Plaza – Homewood, IL

An 8,365 sf multi-tenant building on a one acre outlot shadow anchored by Menard’s, Target and Home Depot.  The project is anchored by Potbelly, Mattress.com and Verizon Wireless.  The land was acquired in Spring, 2014 and the project was built and opened in Spring/Summer, 2015.

Deer Grove Center Outlot – Palatine, IL

A 11,700 sf multi-tenant redevelopment on a one acre outlot acquired in Fall, 2013.  Project was built and anchored by Starbucks, Menchie’s, Jersey Mike’s, AT&T and Chipotle and shadow anchored by Target, Home Depot, TJX Home Goods, Ross and Staples with tenant openings from Fall, 2014 to Summer, 2015.

McDonald’s – Downers Grove, IL

Land purchase in Spring, 2014 for redevelopment into a new McDonald’s restaurant that opened in November, 2014, which is a relocation of an existing outdated McDonald’s in the trade area.

Portillo’s – Homewood, IL

Former vacant local restaurant on a two acre parcel was purchased in Fall, 2014 for demolition and redevelopment into a free-standing 8,860 sf Portillo’s restaurant.  The new restaurant was built in Spring, 2015 and opened by Fall, 2015.

McDonald’s – Orland Park, IL

An 80% vacant multi-tenant retail center purchased in Spring, 2013, which was vacated and demolished for redevelopment into a new McDonald’s, which opened in Summer, 2013 and was sold in Fall, 2013.

Buffalo Wild Wings – Racine, WI

Developed a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant on a previously occupied one acre outlot, which is shadow anchored by Regency Mall with co-anchors Target, Sears, Burlington Coat, JC Penney and Boston Store. Project was purchased, developed and sold in 2013.

Countryside City Center Countryside, IL

Two outlot parcels purchased in Spring, 2013 and redeveloped for a 7,200 sf retail center anchored by Starbucks, T-Mobile and Vitamin Shoppe and a 6,500 sf Texas Roadhouse restaurant, both of which were sold in Fall, 2013.

McDonalds – Danville, IL

Land assemblage and rezoning of six blighted residential and commercial redevelopment parcels during 2012 for redevelopment of a new McDonald’s restaurant that opened in Summer, 2013.

Winston Plaza – Melrose Park, IL

A 400,000 sf existing power center in the heart of the Melrose Park retail trade area was purchased in 2007 and underwent an extensive remodel renovation in 2011.  The center is anchored by Meijer, Best Buy, Marshalls and OfficeMax. To-date, notable re-tenanting efforts have included, Meijer, Ross, Chick-Fil-A, Chuck-E-Cheese, Carters, Vitamin Shoppe, Five Below, Five Guys, Wing Stop and Sally Beauty.

Stratford Crossing – Bloomingdale, IL

A 400,000 sf existing power center anchored by Mariano’s and PetSmart across the street from Stratford Mall that was purchased in 2006. To-date, notable re-tenanting efforts have included, Mariano’s, Hobby Lobby, Planet Fitness, Party City, Buffalo Wild Wings, Golden Corral, Xfinity and Café Zupas.

East Viking Plaza – Cedar Falls, IA

A 300,000 sf power center serving the East Cedar Falls market.  Target opened in Summer, 2009 and the rest of the project, including Scheels All Sports, Michaels, Ulta and Old Navy opened in additional phases between 2009 and 2014.

Rushmore Crossing – Rapid City, SD

A 900,000 sf regional power center across from Rushmore Mall.  Phase I opened in Fall, 2008 which is anchored by Target, Scheels All Sports, TJ Maxx, Gordman’s, Petco, Michaels, David’s Bridal, Dress Barn, Justice and Shoe Carnival. Phase II anchored by Sam’s Club, Bed Bath & Beyond and Boot Barn opened between Spring, 2011 and Spring, 2014.

Mokena Marketplace Mokena, IL

A 400,000 sf power center that opened in phases between Fall, 2008 and Fall, 2011 on the Route 30 retail corridor.  The project is anchored by JC Penney, PetSmart and Meijer (opened in October, 2014).

South Elgin Crossing South Elgin, IL

A 300,000 sf power center along the booming Randall Road corridor with tenant openings between Fall, 2006 and Fall, 2008.  It is anchored by Home Depot, Best Buy, Lazy Boy, Staples and PetSmart and has outlot users including Red Robin, Buffalo Wild Wings, Potbelly and other national outlot retailers.

The Granville – Chicago, IL

An urban mixed-use development in the Edgewater neighborhood that was constructed in 2007 and opened in 2008, including 160 condominiums and 50,000 sf of retail space anchored by Aldi Foods.

Southmoor Commons – Orland Park, IL

A 50,000 sf community center on LaGrange Road that is anchored by Aldi Foods, Bueno Beef and Chase Bank across the street from Carl Sandburg High School.  The project opened between Summer, 2007 and Summer, 2010.
