A 4,000 sf proposed Sleep Number store on a ½ acre site along the Crain Highway commercial corridor in a suburban Washington DC bedroom community. The land was acquired in Summer, 2020, construction is slated to start Fall, 2020 and the project is slated to open this Winter, 2020.
