Starbucks Build-to-Suit – Danville, IL

a 2,200 sf free-standing Starbucks anchoring phase two of three-phased project on a 1.3 acre outlot shadow-anchored by Meijer, Kohl’s and TJ Maxx.  The land was acquired in Winter, 2018 and Starbucks opened this Summer, 2020.
