An approximate 3,596 sf Krispy Kreme Doughnuts restaurant on a 0.78 acre mall pad situated at a signalized entrance to the Castleton Square Mall which is the largest shopping center in the state of Indiana and located along the busy 82nd Street commercial corridor. The land was acquired in Fall, 2018 and the project should be under construction in Spring, 2021 for a Fall, 2021 restaurant opening.
